Default My mates iphone won't slide to unlock?

My mate bought an iphone and tried to unlock it somehow but failed. I have got it all unlocked and working for him but the screen is simply unresponsive i have restored it like 5 times it's just getting annoying now. Is this iphone ready for the bin? He was going to throw it b4 he even thought of ringing me. Seems a waste if i can fix it. Thanks

I don't know by what method you unlocked the phone, but I would try once more to restore, and try unlocking with Ziphone. It really works.

Best of luck

Nah, use pwnage. MUCH safer. If that still doesn't work, restore and bring it to apple.

That's a matter of opinion.

True, but it seems to be the majority opinion. A simple search will reveal the many problems people have encountered using the zIphone method. I used that method one time and had no errors. That being said, I do like pwnage better, and the potential for building your own .ispw files to me is the deal breaker.

Again - I'm not disagreeing with your suggestion, just merely offering another.

I hear you. I just don't like the pineapple, but that's hardely a reason to put it down. I just don't have much experience with it.

NP. That is optional. A simple checkbox to uncheck and you're back to standard logos.

No problem. I'm hoping it works with the final 2.0 build.
