My iPhone Story

Well i Bought an iphone last week Wednesday. I waited a week after purchasing 2 day shipping for it to come in and it came in yesterday night. Well today after coming back to school i find out about the great news. The iphone drops 200 dollars. Well i originally purchased the 8 gig but i bought it refurbished for 500. So i checked the apple website to see the price of the refurbished phone now. I see it is 350. I decided to call up apple after reading the thread posted by a another person on this forum about apple's sale policy's. I called them up and the rep i was speaking to said he could only refund me 50 dollars or have me pay 50 dollars to return it and re-buy for 350. I was pretty pissed by now. So i decided to go with the ship it out and rebuy. When i was on the phone i asked him, if i decide to keep it what do i do with the stuff you mail me, he said just throw it away. So while he was processing it i read the page that was linked to me a bit more. There was nothing writtien that said refurbished products can only be refunded up to 50 dollars. So while he was processing it, i was on hold and someone else picked up. Another Rep, so i told him my situation and he told me the same thing, he said if was to buy a new one i could have gotten 200 dollars back. I told this man that i had just received the iphone last night and i demand a refund, i asked to speak with there supervisor and he did it for me without any questions. He was very nice and did it for me. I am personally happy about today but i was a bit upset before it got resolved. I know how all you guys are feeling and i was feeling the same, pretty sick. Hopefully in 2-3 buesness days my refund will be back on my credit card. So to all of you that have recently purchased and iphone and want a refund, just ask to speak with the supervisor. Also do the 14 days count from the day you buy it or the day you receive it?
