Make sure your bill is current.
One other thing to note that I haven't seen covered. When you go to get your phone, make sure that you don't have any outstanding balance on your account. Or make sure that it is at least current. One time when I went to renew my phone, we had an overdue balance and we couldn't due anything until that was paid. So make sure that sometime before Friday, your balance is only your current balance and make sure that you budget for this if it applies to you. That would suck if you get there and you're not able to get a phone because of this.
Just as a precaution, I would call to make sure that you are eligible to upgrade in this regard. |
