Lately, my iPhone, on calls, has this weird "walkie talkie" sound.

So, lately, when I am on the phone, every 20 seconds or so, I'll get this "walkie talkie" sound, where its plays hiss for like .5 seconds, similar to the end of a radio transmission. It is really really annoying.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Do you have a skin on your phone, if so I have read that can cause echos.
