Iphone to trash

Pls, could you help me with my iphone:

I have used my iphone just one day !!

After installing a new language pack "iLang-0.2.1 for iphone.zip"(spanish) and restarting my brand new unlocked (by me) iphone 8 Gb I only see a yellow triangle in the center of the iphone screen and the message is " please connect to iTunes" and when I connect to Itunes and try to do restore the message is "The iPod iPhone could not be restored. There is not enough memory available" and can do nothing.
i've tried to restore the system (win Xp pro) to a couple of days before when it was all ok ( i unlocked the iphone in this PC without any problem)

iphone firmware 1.0.2
Itunes version on Windows 7.3.0.54
