Iphone to radio jack in GM 2007 truck
I have a MP3 jack in my 2007 GM truck. I would like to know if there is a cable available to hook my Iphone to my truck radio. I tried a cable from Radio shack but it didn't work. I noticed that the IPhone headphones had three little sections on it and the Radio Shack one had only two. The guy in the store said their cables were for stereo. Apparently there is a different type of cable required. Can someone please tell me what type of cable I need, what it is called and hopefully where I can get it?

The extra ring on the iPhone jack is for the mic.
You can use a standard mini plug to mini plug cable for your iphone to head unit. You just need one of these adapters for the iPhone side. |
