Default iPhone Stat-up (white stripes)
Do you think It was bad if my iphone starts up and when it gets to the apple logo white stripes start flashing for 1second and then goes away?. can it cause any harm in the future?.

IF the phone is jailbroken, you'll want to restore it to its original condition first.

if i restores the jailbroken in canada iphone (Ver: 1.1.2) ouldnt that erase the Jailbreak?. like prison break?

Not sure about Canada and "prison break", but I know that apple won't touch it for warranty work if any traces of hacking are found on the phone.
