Ill buy it even if a data plan is required AS LONG AS a new voice isn't required. Im on a family plan and there is NO WAY im bumping my 10$ a month up to 80.

$39.99 is about my tops. If they're wanting to charge more than that, then they're dreaming.
im buying an 8gb with whatever unlimited data plan they have. my budget for my monthly cel phone bill is about 100-120 a month. so its not an issue with me.
ill be buying the 8gb and whatever data package they make me get. id like to stay around 100 a mo if possible tho
