Iphone Help ErRoR

Hey...

Before you start reading, i am on a imac when doing this..
(Intel)

I Got My Iphone yesterday, now i seem to have come across a bad problem!

I jailbraked my phone, and activated it..

everything was working, apart from you-tube, which im not to bothered about at the moment..

but!
since im only a noob at these kinda things, i decided to add a folder to the iphone firmware then i jailbraked it again..

Now, the phone is really, really slow. and i cant unlock it!

well i can, but only if i leave it to load for about 1-hr!

slow slow!

when i connect it to itunes i have the error

"ITunes Could Not Connect To The Iphone 'IPhone' Because An Unknown Error Occurred (0XE8000023)"

And when i connect to 'IActivator'

i get the message

"Failure"
"Error Connecting To AFC Service"

And cannot press any button.

So i have an iphone, which does not work, like in an error state...

when connected it still makes the noise as if i was syncing it
and well thats it

I Tried connecting to a windows computer, and phone does not make a noise nor turn on

any advice, i just really want to restore it but will not allow me to since i cannot connect to itune..

and yes i have held sleep+home for like 10-years!

when you held sleep/home did you ever see a yellow triangle that said please connect to iTunes? if not try again till that comes up and then it might connect to itunes and then you could restore it.

Nope... i know what you mean by that, happpned when i got it

This is what happens when i press sleep, (after about 1minute!)

Then i cant 'slide to unlock'

then i try holding sleep + home for 15secs

5minuets later!!!

Then it just goes black again...

all this is very long time, compared to norm, when this all should take about 2mins!

ok well then i dont know what to do. maybe you should try exchanging it at the apple store?

I got it form america.. im in the UK

and i used iactivator..

wounlt the warranty be void??

btw are you from america?

im off to america in a week, Lasvegas do they have a store there?!?

There's an Apple Store in the Fashion Show Mall across from Wynn.

yeah i am, but if you say it doesnt work at all and it wont connect to itunes, how are they gonna know that it doesnt work?

Well.. you turn it on and it doent do anything...

since i used iactivator.. will my warranty be void??

theres a down side
I have no receipt
and since i used iactivator.. maybe they will not exchange it because of this

but since you cannot sync it on itunes, they may not find out

does anybody know someone who has taken theirs in?!?

i know, what im saying is if when you turn it on, and it doesnt do ANYTHING they will probably just think that it just was something that went wrong when it was being built and they should give you a new one. its not like when you turn it on it says that y9ou used iactivator right?
