    You need a portable battery add-on or charger. There are a lot of them online, just depends upon how much you want to spend and how soon you need it. You might also shop around at Best Buy, Circuit City, Fry's Electronics, etc.. One of those places may have something in stock that will work as an extra battery for your long flight.

    From uniteds website;

    "Laptop power
    United First® and United Business® customers have access to in-seat power outlets on all of our three-cabin Boeing 767, 747 and 777 aircraft. In-seat power outlets are also available to United First customers on select Boeing 757 and Airbus 320 aircraft. Outlets on all of the above aircraft are EmPower® DC power ports, which require an adapter when powering a laptop or any other electronic device. On our transcontinental p.s.® flights—premium service flights between New York’s JFK airport and either San Francisco or Los Angeles—every seat features an AC power port, which does not require an adapter.
    Additionally, all United three-cabin aircraft are being upgraded to International Premium Travel Experience aircraft. These newly retrofitted aircraft will feature an AC power port at each United First Suite and each United Business seat. Adapters are not required for these power ports."

    Problem is the 777 to Hawaii is a TWO cabin configuration , not three

    as a former Boeing employee and builder of over 900 747's and 767's..... there are a few outlets in the aircraft for vacuum cleaners and other ground service needs..... one may or may not be accessible and since your not on ground power in the air they may not be live. But you never know.

    That said, call the airline and ask if power will be available at the seat. They should know.

    you could also check seatguru - you can locate your seat on the airline and plane you'll be on and see what specific amenities area available.

    i have an igo kit and it works great. i haven't used it with my iphone specifically, but have used it to power my laptop and cell phones in the past while traveling, and it's a very handy all-in-one sort of system...
