I wouldn't call her "hot", but the picture doesn't look to bad.

I think the Italy trip pictures are just pretend models, they are used in every Apple picture program demo.

Do people care that much about the camera? I just read some diatribe where they said the iPhone fails as a high end phone because it does not have a 5 megapixel camera, with a flash and specia optical lens.

To me the camera is a nice add-on, but not the primary reason people will buy an iPhone. So I don't need a top of the line camera built in, just one to do the basics and be worthwhile.

I agree. I would use the camera, but it's not a make-or-break deal. the 2mp is far better than my SLVR's camera, though, so I'm happy with that.

While I don't deny that adding the camera to the iPhone is more of a "me too" move, I think you'll be impressed by the lens and picture quality. Apple doesn't do things half-baked.

Yeah I am expecting a lot from this camera. The original iSight was actually a really good camera, not because of it's resolution but because it make a good picture (unlike most webcams which have the colour wrong, grainy pictures and poor exposure, much like most camera phones today!)

I am expecting photo booth effects and the ability to upload movies to youtube. Both of these features would be very important to me, I hope they are included!
