sorry bumping this old thread....
same problem is happening with me.
I've got my iphone 2/3 weeks ago. Everything fine till 3 days ago.
Suddently, no sound is being received when making/receiving calls. I only can listen to any calls when plugging in the headset, when connecting the bluetooth headset or putting the call in speakerphone. Otherwise i cannot listen to anyone .....
All other functions are ok.... i don't know what more can i do, i've tried almost everything....

please help

Did you try Settings/General/Reset/Reset All?

Keep trying with plugging into the headphone jack and out again....it took me about 15 minutes of pluggin in and out for it to finally come back.

i have done it like 200 times and nothing.... lol i don't understand how this amazing phone has so stupid issues...
