Iphone 2g showing blank after os 3 upgrade

Dear all,
i have updated my IPHONE 2G to OS 3 yesterday.
the screen is showing blank with search iphone withkey pad.
I mean i cant see the menu.
Please help me.I cant see except that blank screen with search.

You are on the spotlight screen. Either press the home button again or slide your finger on the screen to the left.

Thanks for the reply.
I did press the home button and tried to slide but still it is showing the same window.
any help plzzz.

Just plug into Itunes. Click restore. Restore as new device. Sync with Itunes.
