Went to Target, got a pack of Avery T-shirt Transfers. Made the stuff in Microsoft Word for mac, and printed them out using the t-shirt mirror setting on my printer. Then just ironed them on a new white t-shirt. Took about 30 minutes and cost $15 including the shirt.
