How to install apps on home screen for 1.1.3

I just upgraded to 1.1.3 and I don't know how to add more apps. I hope its not complicated with a bunch of codes. If there is already a thread on this topic please link me. Thanks in advance!

You can't install apps on 1.1.3 yet. You can add links to specific web sites (even specific panned / zoomed position) on your home screens ...

just surf to the web site in Safari and then click the + sign to add the shortcut icon to your home page.

You can't add apps yet. But the whole point of the home page customization wasn't just about cool webclips but rather the addition of iPhone apps. Those apps will be available after the release of the SDK, which I think will happen in feb.
