Default How many VISUAL VOICEMAILs can an iPhone hold?

Yes, I would like to know this.

I have many important voicemail messages that I need to retain, for business purposes.

Can someone confirm the number of VV can an iPhone hold?

Thank you much.

It would depend on how much free space you have out of your 4/8gb of storage. That and how long each message would be. All voicemail messages are stored as data on the phone. Everytime you get a voicemail, it will be downloaded to your device. If you didn't have any music/movies/etc on the iPhone, I bet it could hold thousands.

Actually, that is a little misleading. Although I am sure capacity is not an issue, the manual clearly states that Voice Mails will be deleted from the phone after 30 days.

Sorry to break it to you but that is what it says.

You can still get "a thousand voicemails in your pocket" in a month...

this is untrue, i have 35 voicemails on my fone since 7/3/07 and the iphone warned me the 35th voicemail i checked that my voicemail memory is 92% full.

give or take each voicemail has its own length and i have no idea in size how much space its taking up, but you can do the math.
