Since I want to use my existing number with Iphone I have to jailbreak. We have Iphones in Norway, but since I am now in France it's difficult to get any help here especially due to the challenge with language. I appreciate if you could help me.

Hi can anybody help me i did a complete settings and factory reset and now it is stuck on the black screen with the apple logo and it just keeps goin off and on and im wondering if that i what its ment to do? and it has been like that all night
