Default how fast can you type on your iPhone

Well I thought this might be fun to see how fast people can type on there iPhone. I am sorry if this has already been done but I have been traveling for the last two months out of the country and haven't had time to get to this site.

Well this is the test. Everyone go to there notes and type ten lines of text and time yourself. Please don't lie an actualy type something that actually says something. I typed something like this. (this is a test to see how fast I can type on the iPhone.) I think it would be cool to see if in a couple of months if are times change. And don't just type the same thing over and over again.

Tell me what your times are with ten lines of text!

Default Net test

There is a iPhone Web App to test your speed:

http://www.iphonetypingtest.com/test.html

Touch the blue box to start. The text to type appears in the yellow box. The "done" button actually says "clear." When you press it it will give you your speed in wpm.

not a very good test considering you are only typing one sentence and based on that, the system is calculating your "words per minute". It should throw you many sentences and count down to a minute and see how many words you have correctly typed during that minute timeframe.

You made error(s) but you typed 9.4 words in 14.094 seconds, a speed of about 40 words per minute!

typed than instead of then, so that was my error.

doesnt seem like its exactly correct, depends on the sentence n all but then again i do text alot and type pretty quick with my thumbs.

Well i tryed the link at the top and i got 28 words per minute out of 11words. I dont know but i think if we all type the same thing we might see actuals. I mean each word has a different amount of letters so it could come back with different readings each time. So why dont we al try typing (this is a test to see how fast i can type on my iphone)?

29 wpm today. Have been using that site's test for a while and slowly increasing in speed (I think I started at around 18 wpm) ...
