how are pictures added?

i just added a folder with 350 pictures that totaled to under 10mb. i have 196mb of free space. i go to itunes and add this one album (that was only 10mb before i added it to iphoto) and when i sync it says that the pictures could not be synced because there is no free space. so i then uncheck one of my other albums and then check this album. no i have 108mb free. this is after i deleted another album to make room for this album. why would a 10mb folder of pictures now be HUGE?

Someone else mentioned this issue, earlier.....
Try the reset thingy. lol

u mean holding the sleep and home button at the same time? i dont see how that would change anything.

Yeah, i don't see what it would help half the things it actually does.

well ive noticed this problem since i got the iphone and ive reset it many times since then and its fixed nothing but this is driving me crazy. they must be doing something to the pictures!

Man, I wish whoever it was that had this problem before, would chime in....
I couldn't begin to come up with a valid search term for this problem. lol
