Help please!!!!

My Fiance just got ahold of a v1 iPhone. I tried to set it up for her but I somehow put some wrong information in the activation screen. Now I have been waiting forever. Is there any way to go back and change that?

you can try to press home bottom; or reset the iPhone

its for the activation in itunes. i've tried jailbreak. i've tried the restore. i've tried going through dfu mode and restoring the firmware. but the activation screen in itunes just won't come up
