Help needed please

I had the lines back when i was jailbroken..i had to redo it it messed up so much it was from screenshot app though

Found out the app that caused this issue finally... it was the Dock app.
Funny as it was working fine on my phone - and same version on his phone was causing this issue.

Oh well - problem sorted now anyway - just removed this app - he doesnt use it anyway...
