Help converting a video for iphone on Cucusoft!?!?
Could someone please help me out. I bought this software last night and I have been trying to convert a movie all day and it will never work. I know this isn't directly related to these forums but I can't find a Cucusoft forum and all you guys over here are awesome at answering questions. Anyway while I am either analyzing or converting the DVD when I get about 3/4 the way through on any DVD, I've tried about 4, I get an error. This is really bugging me. Usually it ends in the program crashing and me having to use Ctrl+Alt+Delete. I spent $30 and even though handbrake is a major pain at least I can get it to work! Please if anyone has encountered this or knows the solution help me! Thankyou

Also I installed Cucusoft on my other computer down stairs and am trying to convert on that computer. So far its at about 80% with no interuptions so maybe it has something to do with computer specs or something but I can't see how.
