Help!!!

Okay so I just bought a 1st gen Iphone its unlocked and has 2.0.

Im receiving a wierd text message from the number
1(111)302-000

It has nothing but symbols and letters and numbers. Makes no sence at all.

I downloaded 1000 songs on my Iphone last night or so I thought only to wake up this morning and them be gone. Is this a text from Apple to screw you into getting a contract with the unlocked phone to use them the way they are supposed to be??

Are you on a v1 iPhone? Did you purchase it unlocked or did you unlock it yourself? What did you use to unlock if you did? Did you use iTunes to sync?

Well I did the classic "Stop" text back at the number and havent had one since. Put the songs back on and its all good I believe. Thanks though!
