Default Hacked iPhone and restored Macbook

Here's an interesting question, folks-
I successfully unlocked my Iphone 2 weeks ago using my Macbook.
A few hours later, I downloaded what I thought was a document from limewire that turned out to be a 30 kb porn, and my Macbook HD got toasted ,totally wiped-out,dead. Luckily, I have applecare, and my HD was replaced within 2 days.
Now. My New HD and newly installed software recognizes my iPhone as "from another itunes", meaning from my wiped-out HD and is asking to delete the contents and upgrade my iPhone (obviously, to firmware 1.1.1). I can delete my movies in iPhone, but otherwise everything else is grayed out in iTunes and I cannot transfer ANYTHING. I'm pretty sure once I restore and upgrade to FW 1.1.1, my iPhone will be useless and locked. What're your suggestions?
