Got an iphone from a friend and

All i see is a picture of itunes
then an arrow pointing to itunes
then the usb

I'm not sure if i need to connect it to itunes or I have to Jail break it.
My service provider is Fido in Canada.

Connect it to iTunes and activate it.

Sim card appears to not be supported.

I think i'm just going to use quickpwn, and hack it.

if you don't plan to have the contract with att, then you need to jailbreak/unlock it.
