In the apple announcement, Jobs made it known that the update was a FREE update. So now we will have to pay for updates? Come on...

Haha I was thinking the exact same thing. He's making it seem as if the updates are actually worth it. 2 "updates" later and I'm still searching for what was really updated.

He was simply clarifying that updates are free...not that we would (may) have to pay for future updates past the one coming next.

I use Itools to hack my iphone....free ringtones for me.....you have to buy the farking song from Itunes and then pay another 99cents to make it a ringtone? no way, what a joke.
