For the most part I agree that it works great. As Mr. Appleseed said the phone predicts what your next letter is going to be and makes it bigger. But if you use slang or type a word that has all the letters right next to each other then sometimes it gets it wrong. All in all, I think they did a great job. Just trust it and 99% of the time it gets it right.

I can type faster on it. im not joking. Maybe because i am used to my sidekick.

just look at the keyboard and aim for the letters. oh, and trust the keyboard. Kepp on typing fix any mistakes later.

I have noticed that you have to push a bit to the left of each key to get the right one.

Mine is the same way, especially when I'm going for "O"...I often get "P" instead. I like the keyboard a lot though.

Yep, that's about how fast I can type on it. I actually have more trouble in landscape mode. I feel I have to be more deliberate and push harder.
