Default Fee for Messenger Service

I've been using thie Jivebee messenger service to acces instant messenger via hotmail on my ihpone. Do you guys know if there's a charge for each IM I send above the 200 text messages I currently have with my basic plan for $20?

i pretty sure all the web based IM apps do not charge for text but for data instead since they are being used over the internet.

No fee whatsoever. It's data based and not text based messaging.
