Fake iPhone & App Store

A colleague of mine just ordered, what I believe to be, a chinese knock-off from a website. I am curious if anyone here has had experience with one and if it would work with the app-store?

I haven't used one, but I can tell you now: It won't work with the Appstore.

I feel sorry for people who actually buy those, I have only seen one once in person from a friend who had bought one and those are truly a piece a crap. and no, they won't work

I have owned a few( i9,i68,and a p168) and all though they were fun to learn and flash they are no iPhone.the only good thing about them was I had mms before the iPhone.

As far as iTunes, well no they do not work together sorry

Of course it will not work. I've tried one before and the screen resolution itself is quite horrible. Its resolution is like a 2004 colored Nokia phone but stretched so it can fit a big touch screen (which is worse, obviously). The touch screen on the phone I tried actually isn't that bad but.. bad choice anyway.
