EDGE doesn't work.. Can't setup voicemail either.. What's going on???

I get a Not subscribed to EDGE error. I can't setup my voicemail either. I enter the password and hit default or custom but I get the same error message: Unable to setup voicemail. What's going on? I can make phone calls fine. Somebody help please!
