Crashed!!!

while i was sending an e-mail. the apple logo appeared.

i turned it off/on/reset. only the apple logo appears.

help?

You held the home botton and the sleep for bout 10 seconds and did that reset? you might have lost stuff.. or maybe the battery is low and wont start up?? did you check the battery?

did all that. yes, the battery is full!

Im saying maybe if all the options I listed are fine then you probably had the first phone that crashed and wiped out but lets wait and see if someone that knows better will post a solution because I would like to know myself.. sorry to scare you

i'm not scared. it can be replace easily. in this case this would be my third iphone, the first one had a bad speaker(can't hear anything) and they replaced it.

help! if not i guess i will just get it exchange.

Oh damn man 3rd iphone I feel for you... yeah you can always restore unless you want to try and exchange
