i got the new itunes and i have the new 2.0 software but wen i plug my phone it says theres some kinda sync issue and itunes won't let me put my music and stuff on my phone can someone plz help me plz

You've got to have enough hd space for itunes to create a full backup of all your data and media. IF you don't have that, then you'll have problems.
