Yes it's true the help Best Buy has is not very well trained. When I bought my MBP there, not one person knew about the Macs at all and they had all the MBPs locked up in a case. They didn't have any on display. They invited me to come back the next day after they set up the Apple display but I wanted the computer I cam for and got it.
