My week-old iPhone has a bad pixel (glows bluish-white when it's supposed to be totally black). The apple website was not clear to me if this is covered under warranty. Anybody have this problem, and did apple replace/fix your phone?
I remember reading an old post about bad pixels. Basically if you get a cluster then its under warranty, otherwise its called "acceptable degrade". Pretty lame.
You can try and get it replaced at an Apple store.
Apple will replace with only one dead or stuck pixel. Ive replaced my phone twice for this problem. First one had a really bright one. 2nd phone was much less severe but still pissed me off. Third phone is perfect. There is a site you can try that fixes this (sometimes it works sometime not.) just google iPhone stuck pixel fixer. Its called Knox. I have the link on my phone but no copy paste grr
