Backup backed up, HELP!?!

i backed up my old iphone before doing a restore and hacking it...then i had to get a new one because the headphone jack broke. now i cannot find any of my contacts...i'm working of a pc by the way. it shows the last backup in the preferences in itunes but i don't know how to restore the phone to that backup info...i need help!

Connect to Computer

click restore,

then after it is activated, it will ask you if you want to restore from backup.

click yes.

the only thing about that is itunes asks me to back up the iphone before i restore it.
