Audio stream over blue tooth?

I've been thinking about getting this Bluetooth headset.

Will I be able to use this to watch movies and as a headset for phone use?

The iPhone doesn't support anything with Bluetooth other than the phone, so you can't use it for any iPod functionality. There is a hack of sorts in another post (do a search), but it's cumbersome and doesn't yield good quality audio in my experience.
