Apps not getting synced?

Everytime I back-up my phone, none of my apps are synced. I can't figure out how to do it. Can anybody give me a tutorial on how to do so?

I had this problem last night. Make sure that you have "sync all applications" checked. It took a couple of syncs before it added my apps. Also, you could uncheck the box, then sync, recheck the box, and sync again.

Alright, it's syncing now. I hope this works out. I always have problems with restoring and such and I get tired of having to re-download my apps manually everytime. =\

That didn't do anything. They're still not getting synced. Any other ideas?

Hmmm... That's what I did... hopefully someone else can offer up a suggestion.

I'm have trouble with reverse syncing apps (buying apps on the iphone and syncing them back to itunes). Sometimes it works, most times it doesn't.

I read this somewhere on itunes (sorry can't remember where), but if you are still having problems, re-download the software program in itunes. Re-downloading apps you paid for are free and free apps are well.... you know.

I had to do that with the flashlight program and the paypal programs because after 3 times syncing they didn't show up. So, when I redownloaded, they showed up on the next sync.

Yeah that's what I mean. I bought them all on my iPhone. Well they're all free. But I mean I wanted to back them up with my iTunes and I can't get it to work. =\

If I remember correctly I think in itunes under the File menu there should be another tab for "Transfer purchases from iphone" to click on
