I sent in my iPhone 2G because the screen stopped working, its has been over a week and it still at "diagnosing product". of course i then call apple, the person calls the "dispatch group" and then she tells me that they got the phone, but have no other records of it. aka: they lost it. Do i smell compensation for them losing my phone? like a upgrade the the 3GS (even though i already have one
