App Uninstall question + 750mb other during sync?

I have 1.1.4 unlocked with Ziphone and it is working fine with a T-Mobile SIM... I installed some apps via the Installer, but there are some I can not Uninstall inside the Installer. Why is that?

I have Finder, Make it Mine or Customize, Swirly MMS all on the iPhone but it is not in Installer / Uninstall. Why is that and how do you remove apps you installed with Installer?

Question # 2, I have 3 gig of Music and 2 gig of Photo's.
Why is my Photo Cache folder larger than the 2 gig of photo's?
Not a problem, just strange it takes up that much room on the PC.

Also, it says I have 750mb of OTHER. What is 750mb OTHER, it went from 190mb when it had 0 apps to 750mb now and I only have the original page 1 of apps and 6 on page 2.
