i dont keep up with apple stocks cause i dont have any and i guess i dont really care about that stuff...but i am curious (because im bored) how did these reviews effect stocks? i know they;ve been on a ridiculous rise for a while leading up to the iphone. anyone care to share?

p.s. i know i could google this, but i thought others might want to talk about it too

The sensor is up top where you would place it next to your ear. But yeah, your probably right that he isn't using it.

I'm sure Apple's stock will continue to rise..as long as there is a good turnout on Friday. A good launch along with Apple's rising laptop sales and iTunes success = uppppp.

Some developer comments I've seen say the upload form is greyed out. Apparently Apple wants to sandbox Safari from the filesystem, too.

I'm sorry but who has ever heard of a technology product that isn't replaced by a better model.... Of course it will be. The 6 month time frame is just a guess. I think apple will be focused on finishing leopard in the next 6 months and might not have the time and resources to create a new an improved iphone. They might not want to jeopardize a great selling product, which is what it will be looking back 6 months from now.

To not buy a technology product when it first comes out because you fear a better one will come out later is self fulfilling. A better one will come out (it always does) But you will have the best phone on the market until Apple decides to one up themselves.
