99 Cent Ringtones are not the issue...
Am I happy I have to pay a buck for ringtones? Not really but that is NOT the issue for me. The problem is that we are limited to only what we can buy from Apple. I don't want music as my ringtone I want a sound effect (i.e. different rings from what comes standard with the phone). I'm stuck with "old phone" or the latest Fall Out Boy. If I had to pay 99 cents to make ANY ringtone I suppose that would be ok...
