The Apple price is 349.00, not 250.00 for the refurbished 8GB....Mark

P.S. AT&T is selling the refurbished 8GB iPhone for 249.99. The catch is you have to sign a 2yr contract. You can't just buy a backup iPhone for that price...M

Apple will be selling them too. The two year gig can be added to your current agreement.

The price I saw on the Apple site (in red), said 349.99..Mark

They were actually on the AT&T site, but they are out of them now and have removed them.

It's a great deal for me...I am still within my first 14 days with AT&T...so I am just doing an equiment switch!
