4g or 8g?

I got a 4g last week to take advantage of the price drop, but now that I've had it for a little while, I think I might need the 8g very soon (I've already filled it up with music). I don't see anything about how much memory 3rd party apps take up, and especially with the new update and the promise of Apple offering apps through itunes, should I exchange this for an 8g while I still can? The answer is probably yes, but I just wanted to get some other perspective.

I think the 8 gig vs 4 gig is a much wiser choice it does make a big difference. The only thing is past 8 gigs, i know im gonna wait till we get up there in double digits. When the 16 gig comes out it wont be worth the money just for 8 more in storage. I have my ipod for music and videos, the phone is for fun storage and of course the other things it offers.
