wallpaper won't work

I have iphone 1 2.2 jailbroke and none of the wallpapers work, i can pick them but they don't apply. Any ideas?

you need to have winterboard. once you have that there is an option called "user background" click that and you should be good. if you are using a theme make sure the user bg option is above the theme.
