Wallpaper won't change!! - iPhone 3G

Despite trying multiple ways (thru i-app-a-day 'Wallpaper', from photos and from settings) I can't change my wallpaper! Everything processes like it should work, but the wallpaper doesn't actually change!! I'm running a ziphone jailbreak 1.1.2 otb now at 1.1.3. Help?????

yes - I tried after uninstalling and restarting my iphone - but no change. I've since reinstalled it.

in summerboard under Advanced did u turn wallpaper on?

doesn't seem to matter ... I'm referring to the main wallpaper, not the theme wallpaper.

I'm a little confused, the "main" wallpaper which is the Lock Backgroudn when you "Slide to Unlock" or the wallpaper behind your icons?

In any case, if you're referring to SummerBoard, theres the slight possibility that your themes are in /var/root/Library/SummerBoard, when they should be in /var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard. This may or may not be your problem, it may also arise from improper permissions, whereby the theme doesn't allow users outside of "root" to execute the files because SummerBoard is running as the user "mobile."

I guess one way to check is to SSH in and browse your Library folders in /var/root/ and /var/mobile/ to see if you've got a SummerBoard folder there.

I mean the wallpaper before unlocking. I never used SSH before, do I need my pc or just a program on the iPhone?
