Wallpaper Categories - suggestion to the mods

Not counting this particular wallpaper forum, I know there is a section where users can download wallpapers on this site, but it still seems like many of the wallpapers in this thread are not making it there (if they're even meant to.) Additionally, wallpapers seem to get lost and forgotten as the thread, "Wallpapers for your iPhone" above gets longer and longer, often leaving great wallpapers in the dust as new thread posts and pages are added. It becomes even more difficult to try and find "that one wallpaper with that one girl from that one movie" as the thread becomes increasingly lengthy.

I'm not saying my wallpapers are quality, but a lot of talented people here have created some phenomenal works of iPhone, wallpaper art that I feel would benefit, not just the creators of the works, but those who would like to find and use just the right wallpaper for their iPhone if only the wallpapers were more easily available/browse-able.

I would like to suggest, if it's within the power of the website moderators, that the wallpaper download section include...

1. Categories (for example, abstract, cars, people, movies, bands/music, landscapes/nature, video games, sports, everything else, etc.)
2. Browser/search function
3. Ability for wallpaper creators to upload their wallpaper to the appropriate category.
4. Any other ideas others might have

This is simply a suggestion. I haven't seen it suggested before, but if it's within the realm of possibility, I think it would be a benefit to everyone.

Well, not to be a fussy-fut, but I'm done making and providing wallpapers to this site when no one on the administrative side (and considering no one period responded to this thread) is interested in offering a way to in which to intelligently search the hundreds (maybe over a thousand now) of wallpapers many people/artists here have willingly created and provided free of charge to the everythingiPhone community.

Considering the wallpapers provided in the sticky at the top of this particular forum grows daily (now at 56 pages as of this posting) with at least hundreds generously submitted by fans and members of this forum, it's a wonder why a simple search function in the downloads/wallpaper section of this site can't be instituted offering wallpaper creators the option of uploading their creations, especially considering many other iPhone wallpaper sites and subisidiaries do offer something similar.

While I can't say my wallpapers are anything to be proud of (some of them downright suck), it would be nice if mine and many the others were available to easily search by category at least. The downloads/wallpaper section at this point is pathetic and frustrating (categories? please.)

To the many talented wallpaper artists on this board, keep up the good work. You guys are awesome. I hope to see more of your work. Me? The apathy from the site moderators is too obviously evident for me to care anymore.
