Using photos as wall paper

I have photos already on my phone---however, they are showing up crooked----like verticle photos are showing as horizontal...how do I "straighten" them up and use them as wall paper? Can I straighten them on the phone or will I have to use photoshop or something else?

you can use photo shop and rotate them... i can do it for you if you want to post the pics... up to you
