If you're using Windows, use WinScp. Mac, use Cyberduck.

Make sure your iPhone is plugged in to your computer, and Wi-Fi is turned on.
On the iPhone, go to settings, Wi-Fi, then click on the arrow on your wireless network name.
Write down your IP address somewhere.

In the program you decide to use, open a new connection.
You should have a choice for the type of connection somewhere. Make sure its SFTP.
It should say server or something like that somewhere.
Put your IP address there.
Port should be 22.
Login: root
Password: alpine

Then navigate to /Library/Themes (only if you're using Winterboard, which you need to make sure you have installed on the phone. Also, make sure you install OpenSSH on the phone)

In the /Library/Themes, put your downloaded theme into that file.
It should show up in Winterboard.
Select it and put it on the top of the list in Winterboard.

Exit the app, and your phone should re-spring. It should now show up.

You can have more than one theme, you just can't use more than one at a time.

But all of them should be showing up...
