New to the iPhone so how ...

Sorry I am sure this is pretty simple, but I am fairly new to the iPhone as I have been a Blackberry user for a while. How do you upload the wallpapers to your phone to use?

I just create a separate folder in the photo album and call it wallpaper. I store all wallpaper here.
Now you can use any photo that you want to and can go this site to make it the right size for the phone, then put this in the wallpaper folder.

Ok, and if I just use pictures off this website then I don't have to re-size them correct?

Well, that is correct but not the purpose of the site. You can download wallpaper for any site and not have to resize it.
What this site does is allow you to use any personal picture you have and it will resize it for the phone. You just upload to picture then you will have a chance to crop it the way you want. You then download it and save it in your wallpaper folder.

Right I figured that just wanted to make sure. Also Don I assume that I need to connect my iPhone to the PC in order to create a new folder in the "Photo Albums"?

That is correct. I have a folder called "iphone pics". From this folder I have subfolders such as: Vacation, Birthday,Jim's Party,Wallpaper,ect. By doing it this way, you will have the same subfolders on the phone and it makes it easier to find what you are looking for.
As a side note, if you google something like iphone wallpaper you will find tons of free stuff. It will overwhelm you.

Make folder give any name it and upload the picture in it. Its so simple dear.
