Please keep politics out of it. And for the record, his 'complete sentences' are all read from a TelePrompTer, which any 5th grader can read from.

I think you have to able to read before they will put a TelePrompTer in front of you. Besides Obama is a pretty good impromptu
speaker also. But then again so was are last president.
